Core Equipment
Air Preheater

The heating air temperature, which reaches up to 700 ℃, is favorable for our system, facilitating the self-sustained combustion of sludge efficiently. The heat exchanger tube boasts self-cleaning, anti-friction, and anti-corrosion properties on the inner wall, making it resilient against high dust-containing flue gas and industrial sludge with high sulfur and chlorine content. Designed for longevity, it has a lifespan exceeding 15 years, ensuring reliable performance over an extended period of time.

Bubbling Furnace
Our incinerator features a sand bed with robust heat storage capabilities, ensuring stable combustion across a wide range of calorific values. With no mechanical moving parts in the incinerator, the equipment boasts a structure and materials designed for excellent anti-wear properties, low maintenance requirements, and an extended lifespan. The design ensures maneuverability.
Drying Machine
The imported technology of the disc dryer has been localized to meet specific needs of the Chinese market. With a high market share and exceptional wear resistance, this technology is ideally suitable for handling municipal sludge in China.
