The Nanning Shuangding Circular Economy Industrial Park is situated at No. 65, Buyuanpo, Yiping Village, Shuangding Town, Xixiangtang District, Nanning City. As a cornerstone of sustainable waste management in the region, it is dedicated to the safe, efficient, and resourceful treatment of domestic waste. The project plays a vital role in promoting environmental sustainability with a daily treatment capacity of 2250 tons of domestic waste, 600 tons of organic waste, and 620 tons of sludge. Construction of the industrial park commenced on August 17, 2020, marking a significant milestone in the waste management efforts in the region. It was successfully connected to the grid for power generation on November 26, 2021.

1. Exterior and Landscape Design

At the heart of the Nanning Shuangding Circular Economy Industrial Park lies a transformative "de-industrialization" design, meticulously crafted by UUA Architectural Design Firm (Beijing). Embracing the concept of "rolling hills and lush greenery," the layout of the factory premises and architectural landscaping are imbued with natural charm, challenging conventional perceptions of industrial environments as somber and disorderly.

2. Thoughtful Park-like Planning

With a focus on seamless integration, multiple sub-projects within the park are meticulously coordinated for simultaneous construction. Each sub-project undergoes independent approval and construction, ensuring smooth technical alignment and enhancing the realization of the park's visionary planning concept.

3. Achieving Synergistic Disposal at Shuangding Circular Economy Industrial Park

Collaborative efforts within the Shuangding Circular Economy Industrial Park fosters a dynamic industrial ecosystem characterized by mutual cooperation and resource utilization. Through the establishment of an integrated industrial chain and cultivation of industrial synergy, waste-to-energy resources are optimally utilized and sewage treatment is uniformly managed, resulting in significant cost saving for all sub-projects.

4. Innovative "One City, One Enterprise" Model

Pioneering a revolutionary approach, the project adopts the "one city, one enterprise" model, a groundbreaking initiative in Guangxi and beyond. Entrusted to a municipal state-owned enterprise, the entire waste treatment industry chain spanning across the city and relevant neighboring areas is managed under a unified framework of planning, construction, and operation, fostering greater efficiency and coordination.

5. Adoption of "Seven-Step" Flue Gas Purification Combination Process

The project employs a cutting-edge "seven-step" flue gas purification combination process. With emission standards surpassing both national standards (GB18485-2014) and EU standards (2010/75/EU), the project has achieved exemplary results. Since its operation in November 2021, measured indicators such as dioxins consistently register at less than 1/10 of the EU standard limit.

6. Advanced Technology and Leading Technology

The project adopts the SUS mechanical grate incineration technology renowned for its efficiency, reliability, and longevity. Further advancements include the replacement of #3 furnace flue SiC castables with hanging bricks, offering enhanced heat exchange, anti-coking properties, and ease of maintenance, installation, and replacement.
