Dr. Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO meets with Secretary-General of ASEAN

On 18th January, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, the Secretary-General of ASEAN held a meeting at the ASEAN Secretariat, with Dr. Long Jisheng, Chairman and CEO of Shanghai SUS ENVIRONMENT Co., Ltd.

During the meeting, both parties discussed possibilities of collaboration in the best practices, innovation and technologies related to waste management and waste-to-energy solutions. This marks the third friendly exchange between the two after Dr. Kao Kim Hourn's visit to the Shuangding project in Nanning and the meeting in Beijing.

This not only expresses Dr. Kao Kim Hourn’s high recognition of SUS ENVIRONMENT comprehensive strength in solid waste treatment, but also demonstrates SUS Environment's determination and confidence in promoting China's solid waste technology under the Belt and Road initiative, supporting ASEAN countries in building a sustainable future.

In the future, SUS ENVRIONMENT will continue to cultivate waste treatment technology and earnestly fulfill its social responsibilities. We are committed to shaping waste-to-energy a "beautiful calling card" for China “going global” strategy and contributing to a global “Net Zero future”.
