Project Highlight

1. Utilization of SUS Proprietary Grate System

The project incorporates two 350-ton-per-day SUS mechanical grate furnaces renowned for their robustness, resistance to high temperatures and corrosion prolonged operational life, and cost effectiveness in maintenance.

2. Advanced Intelligence Integration

Utilizing an intelligent comprehensive management platform, real-time monitoring of the entire production process is achieved. This platform also establishes a comprehensive emergency management and disposal mechanism within the park. An online automatic monitoring center ensures continuous surveillance of flue gas emission data, which is seamlessly linked to environmental platforms at municipal, provincial, and national levels, with immediate public disclosure.

3. Exemplary Flue Gas Emission Standards

The project adopts a "five-step method" flue gas purification combination technology, surpassing both national standards (GB18485-2014) and EU emission standards (2010/75/EU). Consistently, actual measurements of various indicators, including dioxins, remain below EU standards.

4. Collaborative Community Engagement for Mutual Benefit

Spanning from the first to the sixth floor, the project features an environmental education base accessible to the public regularly, promoting a transition from neighbor avoidance to mutual cooperation. Ongoing environmental education initiatives cater to children, fostering the collective endeavor of building a verdant, sustainable, and amiable community.
