The project has the first waste incineration museum in China, which has provided environmental protection education activities for more than 140 schools with a total of about 13,000 people; meanwhile, as a demonstration base for industrial tourism in Zhejiang Province, as of September 2023, it has received more than 2,000 batches and 47,000 people from provincial and municipal communities, environmental protection organizations and domestic and foreign environmental protection academic exchange teams.

As the first project of Kangheng that adopts "seven-step" flue gas purification combined process, the flue gas emission standard of Ningbo Mingzhou project is stricter than the national standard (GB18485-2014) and the EU emission standard (2010/75/EU), and the measured average value of several indexes, such as dioxin, is less than 1/8 of the value stipulated by the EU standard.
