The Xingning Eco-Industrial Park PPP project is situated in Dawoli, Maotang Village, Xinbei Town, within Xingning City. Tasked with the objective of achieving the harmless, reduction, and resource utilization of municipal solid waste in Xingning City, the project boasts a daily processing capacity of 700 tons. Construction of the project commenced on August 7, 2020 and achieved grid connection and power generation on August 14, 2021.

Embedded within the fabric of construction projects in Xingning City, the Xingning Eco-Industrial Park PPP project emerges as a new landmark and emblem of urban green development. Earnestly endorsed by the Xingning Municipal Committee and the municipal government, the project garners recognition as a pivotal livelihood project within Xingning City.

Project Highlight

1. Harmonious Architectural and Landscape Integration

Adopting a "deindustrialization" design approach, the project diverges from conventional industrial aesthetics to integrate seamlessly with its surroundings. Drawing inspiration from Hakka architecture and cultural heritage, the main building façade incorporates distinctive elements to counter negative perceptions. The crescent-shaped water pool reminiscent of Hakka architecture's "enclosed dragon houses," symbolizes the harmonious coexistence of heaven and earth within the Xingning project. Symbolic representations such as "honeycomb" motif are strategically integrated, blending SUS Environment's conceptual framework with Hakka culture nuances.



2. High-Performance Single Boiler Configuration

The project features a robust SUS mechanical grate furnace boasting a single boiler processing capacity of 350 tons per day and a rated evaporation capacity of 37.3 tons per hour. Renowned for its high temperature resistance and corrosion resilience this equipment ensures longevity and minimal maintenance costs.

3. Striving Towards Waste Reduction and Environmental Harmony

The establishment of the Xingning project addresses the imperative need of Xingning City to increase the rate of harmless treatment of waste, mitigate prevalent waste management challenges, achieve zero landfilling of municipal solid waste, enhance environmental quality, and build a harmonious society.

4. Exceeding Stringent Flue Gas Emission Standards

Deploying advanced domestic "five-step" flue gas purification technology, the project surpasses both national standards (GB18485-2014) and EU standards (2010/75/EU) for flue gas emissions.

5. Community-Centric Engagement and Collaboration

Envisioned as a local industrial tourism showcase and environmental education hub, the project endeavors to serve as a platform for students' social engagement and citizen tourism. Established visitor pathways within the park facilitate active promotion of environmental education in Xingning City, fostering heightened public awareness of ecological preservation and environmental stewardship.
